Workflow Manager
The Workflow module extends FileX’s capabilities with a robust solution that seamlessly creates, manages and executes the flow of work; ensuring that critical tasks are performed at the right time by the appropriate person. The system provides easy-to-administer and use tools to customize, automate and view departmental and interdepartmental workflow processes. It enables you to create and maintain users; identify responsible parties for each task; create jobs and track progress; define and schedule tasks; define and search all documents associated with a job; route information for approvals and verification; create email and system alerts; and produce an audit trail of all activities.
