Digital Filing Solutions offers a full range of services to compliment each installation of FileX.  Customers can choose whether to have a FileX server in their own location or have FileX hosted by DFS.  In addition, there are many other services such as ordering and installing your hardware, interfacing to third party vendor data, integration into third party applications, conversion of existing data and images, plus more!  Our goal is to deliver a turnkey solution and fulfill your needs to ensure a successful implementation of FileX.

ASP Services (Application Service Provider) – We offer the full functionality of FileX hosted on a server maintained by our technical staff at the DFS hosting site. This option eliminates the need for our customers to purchase and maintain a server at their site.  With a minimum of a DSL internet connection, experience FileX without having to install or maintain an additional server.

In-House Systems – For customers who prefer to own and maintain a server at their site, DFS offers turnkey installation services to help you set up FileX at your server site or sites.  DFS will configure and price a server to meet mutual requirements, deliver, install the server and support the FileX application on your server.  In addition, DFS offers real-time, mirror backup options for your primary data server.

Interfacing – To enhance your experience with FileX, DFS will work with our customers and their vendors to interface and integrate FileX into other systems upon request. From a simple data import to full integration and functionality of FileX from within another application, our toolkit provides interface support for the seamless integration of FileX into your core information system.

Hardware Procurement - For customers who prefer to utilize FileX on an in-house server, DFS can assist with your equipment needs. We will configure, order and install your server with FileX loaded and ready to use. In addition, DFS can provide scanner selection, ordering and installation services, and we offer scanner maintenance services to provide a turnkey solution.

Auto Import Setup – To facilitate the full use of the FileX system, we can assist you in setting up your FileX solution to automatically import data from other systems within your enterprise to eliminate dual system input and the retention of redundant data between applications.

Template Setup – To further enhance the use of index data stored within FileX, we can help you set up form templates in applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel so that index data is pre-filled automatically within a template for greater efficiency in mass-producing reports, notices, or other documents.  In addition, these templates will be automatically filed in the appropriate location, eliminating the need to print and scan your customer correspondence, form letters, spreadsheet forms, etc.
