Bar Code
This module enables FileX to read barcodes from third party application as well as produce barcode separator sheets to expedite the filing of historical documents that do not currently have barcodes. This method of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC), supporting Code 39 (3 of 9), directs the system to index, sort, and file large volumes of documents automatically. Offering a high level of accuracy, reliability, and speed in document management, automatic bar coding reduces data entry time and errors.
